Picking Navigation System for LN2 tanks

The racks of LN2 tanks are very heavy and place a great burden on operators. A motorized crane raises and lowers the racks and stops them at any position to support processing.

• The rack’s handle is gripped with a special hook and raised and lowered electrically.
• After lifting, the rack can be moved left and right on the rails.
• Processing can be performed with the rack in the raised position, minimizing the time it is exposed to room temperature.
• Processing can be done with the included foot switch.

Conventional storage racks are made of stainless steel and are heavy, and boxes cannot be accessd without removing the pins that prevent the boxes from falling out. This rack is made of aluminum, making it lighter, more durable, and easier to operate.

• The hook on the front prevents boxes from falling off and allows boxes to be operated with one hand.
• The rack is lightweight at just 920g, and its unique structure and fiber welding technology ensure its robustness.
• It can store 12 boxes with a height of 54 mm.

Quickly identifying the target sample in a box has been a major challenge in managing ultra-low temperature stored samples. This device uses projection mapping to illuminate the target sample location based on the delivery order, assisting with processing.

• A focus-free built-in MEMS projector illuminates the desired sample position.
• Based on the picking list from SMS/LIMS, the box ID and target sample ID are verified by an integrated barcode/RFID reader.
• Processing results, times and history are synchronized with the SMS/LIMS.
